Steep your body in this bath tea and heal from the outside in! Teas have anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial qualities, and the tannins clean and close pores for firm-feeling skin.

To use: Fill the enclosed pouch and steep in tub of hot water. Use pouch to sponge your body with the fragrant water. Can also be used as a compress: Soak, squeeze out excess water, and apply to affected area -- hot water for muscle aches, cold water for inflamed areas or nerve discomfort.

Listing is for 1 lb of loose tea with muslin pouch (holds 1/4 herbs) and scoop in a resealable bag. 

Herbal bath tea bags can be used two times within about four days. If the wet pouch sits around longer than that it gets moldy. We use the same pouch for three days in a row then remove the herbs. Rinse the herbs out of the pouch. Wash, dry and re-use it.
